ChrossX is a customizable crosshair overlay for Windows. It provides a visual aiming reference. It does not promise particular gaming results or permission from a game publisher, anti-cheat provider, server, or tournament organizer.
2. Purchases and delivery
The current offer is a one-time payment for lifetime access, with the price shown before payment. Stripe processes the transaction. Review the final amount and any applicable tax information at checkout.
Use an email address you can access. Purchase confirmation and download or activation information are delivered through the purchase flow and transactional email. If delivery fails, contact us with your order reference; do not send full payment-card details.
3. Using your copy
The current offer includes personal use on multiple devices and sharing with friends, as described on the purchase page. It does not transfer ownership of the ChrossX brand or give permission to sell the software, impersonate ChrossX, or distribute a modified version as an official release.
Lifetime access means a continuing license to the purchased software. The current offer also includes future updates at no extra charge when released. It does not specify a release schedule. Nothing here removes a promise made at purchase or rights provided by applicable law.
4. Compatibility and responsible use
Check your game, server, and tournament rules before using an overlay. Disable ChrossX wherever external aiming aids are prohibited. Compatibility can change with Windows, game, or anti-cheat updates; we cannot guarantee every configuration.

5. Refunds and consumer rights
The current purchase page advertises a refund guarantee. To request a refund or report a faulty download, contact contact@chrossx.io with your purchase email or order reference. These terms do not add an undisclosed deadline or remove that guarantee.
Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply, including any rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it is not waived merely by these terms. Any exception for immediate digital delivery requires the legally required express consent and acknowledgment.
