This notice covers the ChrossX website, checkout, download delivery, and support. For privacy questions, email contact@chrossx.io.

This is a draft for the relaunch. The legal operator's identity and address, along with retention periods, must be confirmed before the service reopens.

Information we handle

  • Purchase and delivery: your email address, payment confirmation, and purchase references are used to process your order and deliver download or activation information.
  • Payments: Stripe collects payment details through its checkout. ChrossX receives payment status and related order information; the website does not collect your full card number in its own forms.
  • Support: messages, contact details, and any setup information you choose to share by email.
  • Website activity: hosting services may process request logs, browser and device information, and IP addresses to serve and protect the website.

Why information is used

Order information is used to perform the purchase contract and provide support. Records may also be needed to meet legal obligations. Site operation, security, and troubleshooting may rely on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Where consent is required for tracking or advertising, it must be obtained before that processing.

Services involved

The current website integrates the following providers. Each provider's notice explains its own handling of information:

  • Vercel for website hosting.
  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Resend for transactional email delivery.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to resolve a payment dispute. We do not ask you to include card details or passwords in support messages.

Cookies and browser storage

The site remembers your light or dark theme in local browser storage. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies during checkout.

The website does not load AdSense, Tawk live chat, the Reddit advertising pixel, DataFast, or Vercel Analytics. If optional tracking is introduced in the future, this notice and any required controls will be updated first.

Retention and international processing

Information should be kept only as long as needed for its purpose, including support, accounting, and legal requirements. The relaunch retention schedule and provider settings are still being confirmed. Contact us to ask about a particular record.

Service providers may process information outside your country. The operator must confirm the relevant arrangements and any required transfer safeguards before relaunch.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of personal information, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Send requests to contact@chrossx.io. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information before responding.
